Individual counseling
Adults 18+
I work with adults who are navigating high stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, trauma, religious trauma, and life transitions. Many of my clients are first responders, shift workers, or helping professionals who are used to taking care of everyone else first.
Individual counseling gives you space to be honest, decompress, and make real changes—without judgment.

Couples counseling
Let's navigate the challenges in your relationship.
Please note that we cannot bill insurance for couples therapy. Insurance requires one person to have a mental health diagnosis and for the session to focus on treating that diagnosis.
Most couples work focuses on the relationship itself, which does not meet insurance criteria. For that reason, couples' sessions are private pay.

Group counseling
No groups are currently being offered. Please check back for upcoming group opportunities.
Good faith estimate
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under federal law, health care providers must give clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of expected charges for services, including psychotherapy.
You can request a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services before you schedule a session.
If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge. Be sure to save a copy or photo of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
